| What environmental controls are in place to ensure Thales Australia's operations are safe? |

| Thales Australia has a number of procedures to manage our work activities. These procedures satisfy State Laws including a range of additional requirements stipulated through our Environmental Protection Authority (EPA) licence. |

| Thales Australia employs an Environmental Officer to monitor and ensure that our procedures and EPA requirements are being complied with. Some of the monitoring includes water sampling, air quality and around the clock recording of noise levels. In relation to noise, additional alarms have been set up to warn internal staff if noise levels at our boundary are approaching the levels set by the EPA. |
