| Garden Island is located at Potts Point, Sydney Harbour. The main working dock is located adjacent to residential properties in one of the most densely populated areas in Australia. The majority of the wharfs are located along Cowper Wharf Road (Fleet Base East). |

| Fifty percent of Garden Island's boundary is surrounded by low level residential and more recently high level residential units that have a direct line of sight to the Garden Island work area. |
