| The Navy and Thales Australia are implementing a Garden Island forum for local residents once every six months. The purpose of these forums is to provide an interaction with the affected local residents on a variety of matters including issues raised on the GI Environmental Hotline, previous issues raised, other issues of concern and items of interest about the activities on Garden Island. |

| Representatives from the Navy and Thales Australia attend these meetings and invitations are extended to representatives from the Department of Defence, the EPA and affected local residents from the Potts Point, Kings Cross and Woolloomooloo areas. |
